WORDPINC, a venture of ESS ENN Associates, wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our products and services.

WordPress Plugins (Annual License)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all WordPress plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

SaaS Products (Monthly Subscription)

SaaS products billed monthly can be cancelled at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. For annual SaaS subscriptions, a prorated refund may be available within the first 30 days.

Custom Development Services

Custom development projects are subject to individual agreements. Refund terms for custom work are specified in the project contract.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of violation of our Terms of Service, abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds), or use of the product beyond the refund period.
